Air Filtration

Ventilation

HRVs are generally recommended for colder climates with longer heating seasons.
ERVs are typically for warmer, more humid climates with long cooling seasons.

UV Air Purifiers employ UV light to reduce airborne bacteria. Two major factors determine their effectiveness: the intensity of the UV source, and the length of time the bacteria are exposed to the UV light.
The longer the bacteria are exposed to the UV light and the more intense the UV rays, the more effective the unit is in reducing airborne bacteria.
